When visiting our websites - either those directly affiliated with Your Pictures Are Ready or indirectly through our customers - we collect basic traffic data for basic trending use. These data are used to help us determine server load statistics and to guage the effectiveness of our customers' sites and search engine rankings. None of these data are used by Your Pictures Are Ready to directly monitor any visitors' viewing behavior, but rather to have a more complete understanding of the products and services in which our visitors are interested. Information you submit when contacting us is immediately and directly emailed to Your Pictures Are Ready personnel and is not retained in any other way. We treat unsolicited commercial email (UCE, or spam email) very seriously and do not engage in such activity. Furthermore, we do not allow our clients to do so with the use of our services.

Previous versions of the policy are not archived, as any changes made to it are effective immediately. It is the intent of Your Pictures Are Ready management to never reduce the privacy rights of our customers and visitors, and as such, we believe future policies will reflect this by only increasing and never decreasing these rights.
