Any interested legal entity or physical person meeting certain criteria may become an Introducing Broker of our Company. All Introducing Brokers are structural subsidiaries of BAC and may present both full range of services of the Company and part of them. The basic function of an Introducing Brokers are:

 

attracting (introducing) new clients, carrying out negotiations with potential clients and partners;

carrying out advertisement campaigns, PR-actions and informational support in the their own region and in the Internet on the regional level;

conduction of specialized seminars and lections;

assistance in filing documents for account opening;

advise Clients on usage of the specialized software;

interaction with the Head office and other regional representations of the Company;

 

Initial requirements for an Introducing Broker include:

 

legal status of the enterprise (planned or existing), complete acceptance and fulfillment of BAC schemes of activity;

availability of the corresponding material-technical basis for fulfillment of basic function of an Introducing Broker of the Company;

work experience or availability of skilled professionals in the spheres of economy, banking, finance, monetary and credit relations, and international relations

 

Existing potential clientage, which may be introduced to the Company, is preferable
